Alexandra Byelyakova joined D&S in November 2018, where she prepares and monitors a variety of nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petition and applications for clients in numerous industries including finance, business, the arts, engineering, and technology.
Originally from Ukraine, Alexandra earned her first law degree from the Ukrainian State University of Finance and International Trade. In the United States, she continued her legal career working as an immigration paralegal where she assisted with various immigration case types. Through the extensive experience she gained during this time, Alexandra developed a strong interest in immigration law and ultimately decided to pursue a career as an immigration attorney in the United States.
Alexandra attended an L.L.M. program at Brooklyn Law School in New York where she graduated magna cum laude. During her studies, she further expanded her knowledge of immigration law, taking immigration-related courses, participating in several immigration pro bono projects, and interning at a large business immigration law firm in New York.
With a strong appreciation for the value of professional immigration advice, Alexandra strives to deliver excellent legal service to her clients.
