Joi McEachern joined D&S in June 2026. She serves as a Senior Associate Attorney at DiRaimondo & Schroeder, LLP, where she specializes in complex business immigration law. Joi provides strategic counsel to a diverse clientele ranging from start-ups to multinational corporations, advising on the full spectrum of employment-based immigration matters. Her expertise includes the preparation and management of nonimmigrant visa petitions and immigrant visa petitions, alongside PERM labor certifications and comprehensive immigration compliance.

Prior to joining DiRaimondo & Schroeder, LLP, Joi built an extensive background in business immigration at several prominent national law firms. Her practice is defined by a commitment to regulatory precision, the development of efficient internal immigration processes, and proactive client service.
