Marie Gundersen joined D&S as an Immigration Specialist in August 2016, and assists with the firm’s case preparation and monitoring needs.  Prior to joining D&S she was employed as an in-house Immigration Specialist at a large internet media company, and previously worked as an immigration paralegal at a large global corporate immigration firm.  With over 8 years of professional immigration experience she has worked on a wide variety of employment-based and family-based immigration matters across diverse industries on both the firm and client-side.

Marie graduated from Fordham University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in May 2010, where she double-majored in Spanish Language & Literature and Latin American & Latino Studies, with a minor in Business Administration.

In her free time Marie continues to pursue her interest in Latin America through international travel, and reading when she is at home in NYC.  She is also an avid runner and has completed eleven full marathons, as well as numerous other road races of various distances.
